Crash Force Consulting is a crash reconstruction and investigation firm based in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania and is owned and operated by David Kostok. Mr. Kostok is a graduate from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown where he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Biology. He currently works as a Police Officer in the field of crash reconstruction and has over 13 years of crash reconstruction experience. Mr. Kostok has investigated and analyzed hundreds of at scene crashes and has the skills and experience to gather and examine scene evidence which is extremely important to accurately analyze and reconstruct a crash event.

Mr. Kostok is a court-qualified expert in the field of traffic crash reconstruction and is an accredited Traffic Accident Reconstructionist, accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Traffic Accident Reconstruction (ACTAR). Mr. Kostok is also a member of the Pennsylvania Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Society (PCARS) and the National Association of Professional Accident Reconstruction Specialists. (NAPARS).
